Processing complies with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. The CNDP receipt number will be shown here once issued.

Data collected

• Contact form: name, email address, phone (optional), practice area and message.
• No user accounts, no analytics or advertising cookies.
• Server technical logs (IP address, date, page requested), kept for the security of the website.

Purpose

Form data is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to arrange an appointment. It is never sold, transferred or used for marketing.

Retention

Messages that do not lead to a file are deleted no later than 12 months after receipt. Technical logs are kept for at most 90 days. If a file is opened, the data is covered by professional secrecy and the retention rules of the profession.

Third-party services

• Google Maps: a Google map is embedded in some pages; when it is displayed, Google receives browsing data (IP address, page viewed) under its own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp: the button opens Meta's application, subject to its own policy.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification and objection (articles 7 to 9 of Law No. 09-08). Write to contact@elimaniavocats.com. You may also refer the matter to the CNDP, the Moroccan data protection authority.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, messages are stored on a server only the firm can access, and the administration panel requires authentication. Please do not send confidential documents through the form.
